If you are looking for an honest person then look no further than Bobby to do your job, and offer you advise on how to save money. I first met Bobby several years ago and he did a great job for me assisting my Mom who needed grab bars in several areas of the home. After meeting Bobby you will find that he really cares about your loved ones, and takes the time to speak with you about what you really need without trying to sell you something just to make more money. In fact I recently called Bobby to come back and install a few more grab bars. However after discussing my concerns with him he had no problem installing additional bars but he suggested I go another route to save money and do it myself. He took the time explaining what I needed and directed me to a hardware store where I saved hundred of dollars.

Bobby seems to be a caring professional and banged out the work quickly. He made it look easy, which it’s not. Not to mention I contacted him at around 3:00pm on a Friday, he was there by 5;30 and got it done with all the materials needed on his truck.

Bobby was very professional and extremely neat with his work. He made recommendations that made the job perfect. The price was unbelievably fare. Was a very pleasant visit. Makes me wish we had more bars to install.

Bobby did an excellent job! Handrails are first class quality and Bobby is very conscience about placement. Bobby was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry and showed up as promised.

My husband recently suffered a fall. The physical therapist from VNA Home Health recommended we install grab bars in the bathroom and shower. I got Bobby’s name from the RN with Home Health and am so happy she gave it to me. Bobby was extremely responsive to my call and scheduled the appointment within a couple of days. Upon the recommendation of my mother’s physical therapist at Martin County Rehabilitation she decided to have two grab bars installed in her shower. Bobby spent time helping her to determine the best placement for the bars and also suggested a bar that enhanced the appearance of the shower as well.

While he was here my mother also asked him for advice on what could be installed to aid her in getting in and out of her bathtub. Bobby patiently explored the various options with her and concluded that none of them would satisfy her requirements. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell her something that she would not be able to use.

I really wasn’t kidding when I said that he exceeded my expectations.

As Bobby was leaving I asked him if he know of anyone who could repair my parents double front door. It would not close properly and they had already had two professionals look at it who felt that the best option was to replace it.

Within an hour he had devised a solution to fix it and repaired the doors himself.

I am including this in my review not because anyone should expect this level of service (I felt I was just lucky that he had had the extra time available) but because it illustrates his approach to problem solving.

Bobby was punctual, gave us great recommendations and did the install the same afternoon. No waiting. The price was reasonable for the work done. The icing on the cake was that Bobby took the time to show my Dad exactly how to use the bars correctly. He did this not only once but several time so that Dad could understand it. Thanks, Bobby! I feel very confident that Dad is much safer in his shower now!

In preparation for my husband’s homecoming following a stroke, I found Treasure Coast Grab Bar on the internet while researching safety measures. I needed installation expertise along with guidance and found both working with Bobby. We spoke in depth about my husband’s current mobility situation along with his height and weight. Then he went to work measuring and installing the grab bars at the perfect height. All of the work was completed in just a couple of hours. My husband is home now and both my husband and the therapists are pleased with the grab bars. We invited Bobby back today to install two more grab bars in our new therapy room. Did just what I wanted. Important that I felt safe.

I fell and hurt my knee. VNA told me that I had to get grab bars in my walk in shower. We’re very happy with the work Treasure Coast Grab Bars did, as as are the home care nurses and therapists that have come out to help her. Bobby literally worked with us on every scenario Mom would be dealing with and had the right solution that would fit both functionally and aesthetically. Matter of fact, the nurse that came back to do her weekly evaluation was particularly impressed with how well Mom’s very unusual bathroom layout was secured.

Can’t say enough about the quality of the work and how fast they came out and got them done. Professional, efficient…couldn’t have asked for better service.

I can also say that the bars are a big part of why Mom is starting to see that she can get real close to getting around the house the way she used to before the fall and still be safe. Anyone at risk or in need of protection from a fall just needs to call Bobby and get it taken care of.

With advancing years I found our bath/shower increasingly difficult to use and it seems increasingly slippy. I called and spoke with Bobby on Tuesday afternoon and he came to our condo at 9 am next day with an array of grab bars. Extremely Caring! Here’s the story: My mother in law needed some well deserved Grab Bars for her bathroom. Three years ago, Bobby, came out to install grab bars for my mother in law. He installed them in the shower, by the toilet and one for a towels and for a great price! Here is where the story really begins, after installing he actually called my mother in law to check on her! Who does that? Bobby that’s who. It’s been three years since her bars were installed and they are just as new and sturdy as the day he installed them. Well, my mother in law, called Bobby today to have an additional bar installed, he came right out and he remembered my mother in laws name after three years. Bobby is not only reasonable with his price, but he sure does take pride into his work and his customers! When he was finished, NO MESS! Bobby was a delight to work with on making my bathroom safe. I have Parkinson’s and use a shower chair, but I needed extra help to enter and exit my bathtub/shower. Bobby worked quickly, but the Moen grab bars he anchored into my tile give me more confidence when showering. I have a nurse/landlord, but she cannot be around every time I need to bathe. Outstanding value & service!!! – Arrived on-time, helped me decide which product to purchase, quickly installed four (4) grab-bars total (two (2) in each of two (2) showers), the final price was as estimated.
